I highly recommend the FKK 'beach' area in Brno city in Czech Republic (just 3 hours drive from me in Krakow, Poland).  It is grassed, so no annoying sand, clean and well cared for, by a clean clear large lake. Well attended, with bar, bins, toilets and wooden private access with lots of parking.

Excellent and free.
