RIP Roy Colbert

Only New Zealand members would have heard of him through his columns for the Listener and newspapers but Roy Colbert has sadly passed away at the age of 68 following a long illness.

He was a mentor for young bands that formed the "Dunedin Sound" scene.

I also knew Mr Colbert personally as he was a friend of my parents.
