On this website you can find all official beaches. It also shows places that aren't official, but where it's being tolerated. It's both in English and German language available and up to date.
First you have to select a province and then choose a place. You can find here all information about public transport, walking routes to the beach, parking, photos and the exact area where nudity is legal.
