currently reading Inuyashiki. it is made by the one who wrote Gantz and the first anime episode comes out Friday as well. looking forward to seeing it animated cause the story is really cool.

This manga seems really depressing haha. His family doesn't care if he lives or dies? Depressing

The new season recently started. What you watching?

I’m super excited that yowamushi pedal started up again. Also interested in sanrio boys and school babysitter seems like it’s going to be such a cute anime

I'm still reeling from the first episode of Pop Team Epic, lol. x_x
Still watching Ancient Magus's Bride, but interested in school babysitter and takagi-san. This is gonna be a relatively fluffy season for me, it seems. xD

Anyone get Loot Crate and/or akibento boxes? Got my first Loot anime box last week. It was ok for a first box.

Nothing interesting this season (although I was interested in Golden Kamuy at first, I prefer reading the manga), but I'm looking forward to next season's Chio-chan no Tsuugakuro and Osmosis Jones the Anime.

I like anime from Makoto Shinkai. There is something elegant and soothing in them.

Seems a good place to ask... How are the seasons structured in psychopass because I’m having a hard time finding a good answer? I watched the first 22 episodes. Is there a season 2? Or do you have to watch an extension to season 1 first? I’m unsure.

Also kissanime.ru is a great site to watch almost any anime free, btw.

Watched Chio's School Road, Asobi Asobase and Cells at Work, three top-notch comedy series last season. One of the characters in the former series seems to have been raised a nudist but has a bit of an exhibitionist streak.

Nothing interests me this season. Hoping for something better next season.

I'm always looking for new anime to watch! Not really watching anything right now, but any Netflix suggestions?

There is a decent amount of anime on Netflix, but I prefer to watch on crunchyroll. But what is on there I like The Seven Deadly Sins, Sword Art Online, Kill la Kill, Ouran High School Host Club (a classic), and others. But it depends on your taste. There is also a live adaptation of Death Note on there. I'm half way through it now. It's ok but I much prefer the anime than the live action.
I'm surprised that I noticed that A) this is the only mention of Death Note yet and B) your reaction to the Netflix movie isn't as toxic as most are. While I agree with you in that I see the anime as the better, I also believe that the movie had a purpose to serve and both the studio and director Adam Wingard saw the potential in using as much of the original DNA from the source as possible while still putting their own spin on it so it can stand on its own. From what I can tell, even if it was actually genuinely awful, it may still be the first western live-action movie based on an anime to actually put in a genuine effort to achieve said goals.
