Anybody here who skateboard / penny board?

I do! I've been longboarding for a little while and then decided to get a skateboard and try it out at the park. Been practicing weekly up until summer, I do plan on resuming that weekly habit soon again

Since I've gotten the skateboard I've started to dislike the longboard due to it being bulky and not very flexible when it comes to rapid turns and the like. Been thinking of getting myself a Globe Cruiser to replace the longboard for more urban rides to university 

and yes.. I've ridden a penny board before but considering my feet are almost as big as the entire board it didn't really work out.

(I'm a snowboarder as well so I really really like my skateboard deck :D yours is rad too, I would definitely want to give that star wars board a ride  )

I see you have soft/street wheels mounted on yours, where do you mostly use it?

It's the stock wheels for the limited edition Santa Cruz skateboard. I mostly used it on the subdivision I lived in since we don't have a nearby skateboard park. It's a little bouncy when you do an ollie.

When I was a teenager I rode my Flip board. Still have it but don't ride it much. I usually cruise around on a rasta Globe cruiser. It has a little fish tail and traction pad. Its fun on board walks in SoCal or Hawaii, but I can still bomb a hill (not a mountain though..)
