I tried to group them so the list wouldn't be too long but please comment with whatever your favourites are  :azn:

I looooove Thai curry so much. The massaman style is my favorite. Japanese curry is pretty good, too. Indian curry will always have a special place in my heart (and stomach).

Unfortunately, my husband loves to cook Japanese curry, doesn't like Indian curry and will only eat Thai from restaurants. But it's okay, because it's one of my favorite foods! :)

Do you mean 'hot' as in spicy or heat hot?

Thai would have to be my favourite too but I like quite a few others.

Wow.  So of course the two big spikes are Thai and Indian, which I think many people's minds default to when they think of curry.  So discarding those results to look at the less popularized curries, it appears that Japanese is currently in the lead.  This surprises me because, while I know Japanese curry exists, I never really see or hear much about it.  I guess I will have to change that...

Also, what's Mexican curry?  I'll have to look that one up I guess.  Though the word curry can have such a vague meaning, pretty much every culture has some sort of food that could be called a curry.
