I can't watch the NHL here, but over here in the UK we have our own league for Ice Hockey, The Elite League :). There is a team over here in Northern Ireland called the Belfast Giants who I love to go and see play :). I play Field Hockey too so it was easy enough to learn about the sport :) Love it! :345678

But sorry can't discuss the NHL =/

I lost interest after the lockout as well. Now they are talking about a lockout in the NBA in 2011.

I see ice, if any, in Kassel. My brothers are fans of the Kassel Huskies.
I do not particularly hockey It seems to me sometimes too brutal.
Constantly there is bad fouls and brawls on the ice.
There is much more attractive and better sports than hockey. For example, athletics, Tae Kwan Do and dancing.
Just I like dancing on the ice, figure skating, more than hockey.   :322

Flyers baby.

I was in Tampa on December 30, 2000, when the Eagles crushed Tampa in the playoffs.  The whole city of Tampa was collectively deflated.  You guys really are a football town.

Go Leafs! Go! Oh wait, never mind.

Uhhhh… I guess the Canucks in the west and the Penguins in the east, I'm glad Ottawa got knocked off, hopefully the Pens can eliminate the Habs too.

Well now its down to two teams. Two teams I particularly don't care for. On one hand you have Philly, made it into the playoffs by coming back and making it in by coming back in the final game to beat the Rangers in a shootout. Then you have Chicago, a team that took 10 years to rebuild. They are the youngest on paper. It is hard to say if they will win since they have a player that goes by the name Marian Hossa, if you recall the past 2 years he has lost in the finals. Been told everything comes in 3s. As much as I don't care for the attitude of Patrick Kane, playing junior for the London Knights, with my cousin working for that organization he has always been an entitled arrogant player. But Chicago hasn't won a cup since the 40s, so I am hoping that will make Toronto the longest cup drought in the modern era and give more people here something to whine about.
