I’ve recently got back into Pokémon trading card game. Does anyone else collect Pokémon cards and play TCG?

I've been slowly getting back into the TCG myself. Sadly, I haven't had anyone to play with though.

We can play each other on Pokémon TCG Online app/website. Set up an account if you don’t have one already and add me

I still have all my old cards from high school. I'm waiting for someone to tell me I'm a millionaire because of some of those cards, lol.

Unfortunately the most valuable cards are only a few thousand iirc. Most of them are no higher than $3, or even $50 or so if they have enough demand or break the meta.

Yah, I've looked there before. I think I had one that was worth around 10 bucks from the Fossil edition. I don't remember. But that worth is base worth anyways. To truly be worth anything you need to get it graded too, which cost money. I'm sure total I might have 100 bucks worth of cards, lol.

@DrgHybrid they don't need to be graded to be worth something. It really depends on how playable the card is at the time and its rarity. For example, I just bought a card today that is worth $55 and its just a cool card to play with. Graded cards can hold value for collectors but you also have to find a collector to sell it to. I think its easier to sell a card that is playable rather than a graded one (especially if it isnt really rare)

I remember the card game when I was a kid, but never got into it.

I tried the TCG app but I found it a little difficult to get into it.

I remember the card game and sold all my cards to neighbor's son about 10 years old but haven't gotten back into it.
