I'm hoping to go to Vancouver for BC Masters provincials. April 2018. Anyone gonna cheer on your favorite INYO swimmer?   :cool:

@EricR would you compete as a masters swimmer after you turn 18 or would you stay competitive in university?

Hi @Locksmith. I'm not sure if I want to pursue competitive swimming after high school. I really enjoy it, but more as a recreational/fitness activity. If I can get a swimming scholarship, I would definitely continue. I'm not even sure If I want to attend university in the states. I'm thinking about going to Australia.

9 provincial titles last weekend in Edmonton is all I picked up.  I was expecting, and should have had 10 wins.  Next time.

@Locksmith , as a 100% non-athlete, 9/10 is impressive.  Congrats!!

Are there many competitors in your age group or is it dominated by people in their teens ans twenties?

Locksmith

There were about 6 in my age group. It's just adults so no younger swimmers.
