For me, it was seeing Beyonce's Formation Tour in 2016, and then seeing Coldplay's last tour a year ago

Finally seeing Metallica in 2004 in Sacramento.  I was in front of the guard rail.  The band was literally no less than 10 feet in front of me.

I just recently went to my first concerts seeing Portugal the Man and Shakira.

Super jealous of you for the first one. They are near the top of my list of bands I want to see, if not at the top.

Yeah I was surprised when they came to my crappy little town and couldn't resist the chance to see them without leaving to go to another town

I haven't seen many but I really enjoyed Metallica live, seeing them on concert made me a fan of their music

I'm hoping that part is true. Going to see them live next year.

@DrgHybrid , They are worth every cent and even more. I'm also going to see them again, next year. It will be my third time seeing them and, hopefully, it won't be my last.

I got to see Green Day at their last world tour, which was amazing :cheesy: it's been rare to find them at festivals nearby and getting to see the full show was great! What really stood out to me was the massive range of ages in the people who attended, from those who have been a fan of their first album to their more recent ones.

I'm seeing my all-time-favorite Bastille next year so I can't wait

Disclosure was the perfect one for me. Unlike other top electronic artists, they don't just press play on their laptop and hype up the crowd. They were actually building each song from beat to beat and playing instruments and singing.

I haven't been to that many concerts but the absolute best I've been to was Rock The Bells in 2006. Wu-Tang was the headliner with surprise guest Lauryn Hill; Mos Def and Talib Kweli performed individually and reunited together onstage as Black Star; Dilated Peoples, Living Legends, De La Soul, and so many others! It was the best hip hop festival of all time!

Ozzfest 2004. Got to see the recently reunited original Black Sabbath, the reunited Judas Priest, and the rest of the lineup oh man... Slipknot, Hatebreed, Lamb of God.

It was my first big festival too. And as a teen boy it was one of my first major exposures to...uh...the wonders of ladies enjoying topfreedom.  :happy And 2005 was amazing too.

Rob Zombie was probably the best one I’ve been too.

Just got done going to Ozzy and, even though tons of awesome in the air, the sheer amount of people and not actually being able to see him made the concert suck.

Godsmack, old three days grace, avatar, and Powerman 5000 all put on awesome shows.

And my most memorable one has to be the late Johnny Cash.
I had a similar experience with Ozzy. Also the venue was right by the New York State Fair and it was a madhouse with traffic so I missed Stone Sour which pissed me off.

Super jealous of you being able to see Johnny Cash.

Hell yeah! I agree with you 110%! Seeing Metallica live is a very strong and spiritual experience for sure. So I can also say that my best concert experience was also Metallica and I have to also include Pantera, from back in the day. Rob Zombie was a cool experience because I loved their whole stage production and performance, but musically it wasn't even close to Metallica and Pantera.    :braveheart

By the time I got into heavy music, Pantera was already split. Shame. They're the one band that above all I wish I had seen when they were around. I did get to see Damageplan on that fateful last tour though just three days before we lost Dimebag. Great show.

Maiden was on Ozzfest 2005. I haven't seen them since and it's a bummer.

The speakers out by the lawn and I'm pretty sure in the pavilion as well crapped out during their set at one point. They were too metal for the sound system.  :rotfl  :swing

I saw Twenty One Pilots the other day, it was an excellent show. Awolnation was one of the openers, which was almost as exciting.

Well I can say that Pantera was awesome, especially being in the pit, moshing and head-banging to their songs. I can also say that Iron Maiden live is amazing! Good thing they will be on tour, next year. I don't think I'll be seeing them, but I can honestly say that seeing Iron Maiden live was also another experience to itself.

I saw Ghost live, last week. And they[re songs were ok prior to me seeing in concert, but after seeing them live, they won me over, after for a long time having mixed feeling about them. So if you also have the chance, go see Ghost too.

I've seen Ghost three times and they're coming around again next month so I'll probably see them again. I'm with you, I became more of a fan after seeing them live.

Yes, totally! Their studio albums are good, but they don't reflect the live experience, which is amazing! I'm a new fan of theirs and hope to see them soon, again.
