New child board

Hi, how can I create a new child board in Resort/beaches...Europe?
I posted a topic about Estonia, but there wasn't a specific folder about this country in the Europe section, and now my post is out of the boards.
May you create a new, specific one, named Estonia, and move my post inside it?
