Great video. I think being a nudist has given me a more healthier self-image, but I'd be lying if I said I never had some of these same thoughts.

That is awesome! I feel there are still a lot of men that aren’t feeling good about their bodies. Men don’t talk that easily about this subject with friend and just keep it to theirselves. Hope this can help some to love their body
