In France, there is a somewhat similar show called "Nus et Culottés". The principle, two friends go naked and without money to a destination. To achieve their goal, they barter for food, housing, dressing, moving... Here is an excerpt:

Hate to break this to you - but they aren't the first. I remember that there were these two Finnish guys who did the same thing back in 2013. Then it was called "Alaston matka".

I didn't notice your post. That french version seems a bit more dramatic with the varying terrain and starting nude all over again in every episode.
