July 13 has been designated as International Skinny Dip Day. As with most nude related days, these have been set more towards the warmer months in the Northern Hemisphere. This being said, some of the GNA crew were still keen to participate. A small, but brave (stupid?), group of us met in Mosman and ventured down to Cobblers Beach. For the first time in any of the attendees experience, we had the beach to ourselves. What an amazing sight. The beach is even more beautiful without the usual summer crowds.
Off came the clothes, and for some on went the beanies, then in we went for a quick dip. A VERY quick dip! I would be lying if I said the water wasn’t cold… it was freezing! Luckily enough the sun was shining which helped with the thawing out process after our swim. Once we were all dry, back on went the clothes and off we went to the pub for a warm up feed and a few beverages.
The empty beach also meant a perfect opportunity for us to capture some video footage. The following is a short little video we put together of our day. We hope you enjoy!
