Barcelona is great! I’ve just managed to get a week there in June for just under £200. Some great beaches there! Can’t wait!

In Europe, but not yet the EU, I highly recommend Ukraine! Kiev has several nudist places including an island in the river right in the heart of the city. And Odessa has a fabulous nude beach. Ukraine in general is very inexpensive, and there are many Couchsurfing hosts.
