Is there a IYNO Minecraft Server?

Diy server costs aren't too bad. Biggest aspect is having internet that can support it and the setup/maintenance of the machine. Shouldn't take too much power to run a small vanilla minecraft server for a dozen or so people.

I could run a server but I won't have it online all the time, only when I am playing. I could run the server on some weekdays from around 18.00-22.00 GMT and in the weekend it depends if I am at home or not.
Let me know if you guys are able to play around that time. If we are with enough people I will make a server.

Most of the Minecraft servers I end up playing on, end up dieing after a couple of weeks. To the point where I'm no longer very enthusiastic to start spending a lot of time on new/random servers.

Instead of hosting a server yourself @Maurits it would probably work better to set up a Minecraft Realms server since you don't need to host it yourself and it will be online 24/7. But those cost money unfortunately :(

Issue with realms though is that you can only have up to 10 players. This may be an issue depending how many people want to play. So it's better to just set up a server and expand.

@Wesley I know realms is the easier and safer option but I am not willing to spend money on it since I don't play it that often. I already have a server that I used to play with some friends so it won't take much effort anyway.
