Youtube : nude gym exercise

Since the beginning of the quarantine here in France, I've decided to start working out and trying to shape my body for next summer ;)

I came across a really nice video made by the french naturist association of Paris which teach you some simple exercises and the coach is naturist too !

It's really great to do gym nude and to have a naturist coach as well !

Looks like a pretty solid routine whether nude or clothed. I have no idea what he is saying, but the positions and stretches look right. It's pretty easy to see how clothes get in the way here.

I do this at home.  I'd like to run nude but yeah.. the public is not ready for that yet.

I can only recommend getting into lifting st your age, it makes wonders. I was skinny like a stick. Gained 10kg of muscle mass in 1.5 years.

I don't think I could assist to a gym like this but sounds interesting. I would give it a try, I believe you have to at least try something before saying you don't like something.

Thats great to see! Unfortunately, when I tried to upload my nude workouts to youtube, they flagged me and ended up banning my account, even though I wasn't going to make the videos public. It's a shame Youtube aren't progressive enough to accept wholesome nudity.

How's your stuff going? I know you started a class if I'm not mistaken?

There are other video sites. A quick search of the ones I use suggest that LBRY is happy to host nudity.
