I am reading the new book from Dan Brown.
I have read every book from him.
What did you think of it, i havent read it yet but i like all his other books?
Putting aside Dan Brown's merits (or lack thereof) as an writer and looking at purely in the context of the other books he's written... it's better than
Deception Point, but that's the best thing I can say about it. He employs the usual tactics of short chapters, twists and cliffhanger surprises to keep you turning the pages, and in that respect it's entertaining enough I guess. But the final twist was predictable, the big reveal was lame as lame can be, the Masons just plain aren't that interesting (or even that secret), and Washington DC doesn't have the same kind of ancient/hidden history as Rome or Paris - there was nothing in the book that the average tourist wouldn't have learned on a visit. So compared to Angels and Demons or The Da Vinci Code, Lost Symbol falls pretty flat.
Anyway, just finished
Spin by Robert Charles Wilson.
