Only anime I've ever watched is Jojo's Bizarre Adventure and it is one my favorite things to watch.
If you haven't watched it already, then I suggest you watch it. It's got something for everyone

Same. FMA Brotherhood is my favorite. Really loved the blend of comedy, action and drama. Not to mention the animation was so good. Re:Zero is a close second!

I’ve got a decent number of good ones that I watch. Fate:Apocrypha (or Fate/Zero is good too), The Seven Deadly Sins, My Hero Academia, Sword Art: Online, and I’ve also watched JoJo’s Bizarre Adventures up to like season 4.

Jojo's Bizarre Adventure is near the top of the list for me, but it is edged out by Spice and Wolf. Which in turn is edged out by my all time favorite anime Trigun.
