They're really impressive! 😍

I collect scale model cars, but I haven't built any myself. The only thing I built was a LEGO Trchnik Porsche, which was a lockdown project. I really enjoyed it and I'd love to do another. I just don't have the space.

How long do you typically spend on a build?

Thanks man  :azn:

Ive got a few cars I've built , also been collecting since I was young too.

That's a really good question... All depends on work and how many parts there are to a kit, typically I'd hazard a guess at around 2 months at the moment from start to finish.

You clearly have a lot of patience. Must be be real labour of love.

I found it quite therapeutic and relaxing - a form of escapism - because you're so focused on the build. Is that the same for you?

Do you have enough room to display them all?

I was going to say the same. I used to be into models but not this detailed.

Spitfire I was building a couple of years ago never finished. I put the undercarriage on upside down and haven't done the decals. Just another botched job lol

It can be a bit of a labour of love at times, other times it's so damn frustrating dealing with tiny pieces  :laughcrying: But yes on the whole I find it quite relaxing.

I have nowhere near enough room  :laughing

Nowhere near enough room is probably more room than I have. At least you have a work bench of some description. I don't even have space for that  :rotfl2:

Nudielad

Barely enough room on my desk if im honest :rotfl2:

I'm surprised all the soldiers are wearing clothes! They know better than that!
Please feel free to message me at any time. I'd love to make more friends here.

That's much better

There used to be more sets of HO nudist figures doing different activities, camping, swimming, bathing etc but a quick search with 'nudist' isn't finding them so much.

Hahaha that's the thing with collections. I can relate. I have three display cabinets so far, but the collection keeps growing.

As a nudist, do you really need wardrobes? Maybe consider converting any wardrobe space into display units! Lool
