Tai chi or internal arts?
« on: February 17, 2021, 03:20:28 pm »
Hey everyone, I was interested to see if anyone practices Tai chi or internal arts, naturist or otherwise. I’m a beginner but I enjoy it a lot. A partner for push hands practice would be great. I’m in the Maryland area. If you are a practitioner let me know!

Something I’d like to if I could afford an instructor and had space not to mention self discipline

I used to practice Tai Chi, at least what I could learn from a public broadcast instructional I recorded on VHS a long time ago.  What do you think about Tai Chi compared to Yoga?

Similar for sure, both move the sincere practitioner in a good direction. Yoga as a meditative practice is incomparable in my experience though.
