A LOT of mountain biking (less during the summer - not fun in 100+ heat )
I was doing a lot of mountain biking but then I moved to the mid-west for the winter, bring on the summer so I can hit the trails again!
Other than that I have taken up rock climbing over the winter 3 to 4 times a week
Then I try and hit the gym to do a weights session once a week and a couple of spin classes a week
Now it is getting warmer I'm actually getting some outdoor riding in as well
If I can keep this up I might actually loose the extra pounds I've put on over the two straight winters I've just finished and get back to something like a good weight for riding (and climbing).
