I walk a great deal, and I get some exercise by smithing (Resulting in my right arm being a fair bit stronger than my left), but my asthma prevents me from doing anything really cardio intensive, and lifting weights... Well, I simply cannot seem to bring myself to pick something up repeatedly for the sake of picking it up.

Smithing? Like black smithing?

Lift weights 3 times a week and run for about 3 miles 3 time a week. Fitness tests can be a right pain.

I have been bodybuilding pretty seriously for a few years (with a few rather large setbacks). I usually lift weights 5-6 times a week and do cardio sparingly but I am really trying to get into running to tighten up for the summer. I kind of want to make a post about bodybuilding and naturism. Hmm...

that's very interesting I would like to know how fast you did progressed in that ? and do you use any booster (compound of vitamins and proteins...)

I don't have any pictures up on here but on another site I rather not share at the moment. I'll get some on here sooner or later with the summer coming up!
But I take a variation of things like whey protein, creatine, fish oils, multi vitamins, pre workouts, and some natural testosterone boosters or regulators. (Not all at once of course!). It has a lot to do with body awareness for me

try to make a few sit-ups and push-ups every morning and do running, cycling and swimming

I lift weights 4 times a week (and i pretty much suck at that lol). Swimming, running, skating depending on my urge to move.
