What does your run look like? Is the terrain flat?

Runner sometimes, but i prefer go swim, gym or waterpolo

I love running but it doesn't love me lol. Had a bad fall when running off road last year, bruised my kidneys, suffered nerve damage in my hand and cut my face to pieces. A year on still suffering from nerve damage and haven't got back into running yet

I run on suburban residential streets

I'm planning to start trail running soon, since I live very close to a small forest. I always neglected cardio but it's time to change that :D
