Ayurvedic massage

I've been researching Ayurvedic massage a lot recently and I find it interesting that in India, they seem a lot less bothered about nudity and things. As you can see in this video, the massage is performed wearing a small bit of underwear that becomes transparent with the oil they use, and nobody seems bothered by it.

I love massage, but that looks disgusting. Are they applying used motor oil?
