Get jack black, I’ve heard he’s a nudist or was one and he’d singlehandedly make the movie fantastic.

I'd make a movie that would have pretty broad appeal, kinda like Forrest Gump. And sprinkle in casual nudity gradually as to not shock uptight people first. And nudity shouldn't have anything to do with the main story.

Maybe a musical type movie, set in college or high school. Naturism wouldn't even be the focus point cause well, it is natural lol.
