Wondering how the buddy system works and what it's used for as I just noticed it lol (I'm bad at reading). Do people get notifications when you add them? It seems like when I added someone it was more like a bookmark. Idk to be honest.

I kind of just use it as a symbolic gesture to say how much I like you. I just ask if I can add them as a buddy and hope for the best. Beyond that no idea.
