There is an awesome beach near whagamata that you drive through some forestry to get to though I can't remember the name of it. It's a steep walk down but is   remote and forested to its beachline.

Awesome, I've always wanted to go to NZ and even move there for a while. But I've had trouble finding if they have good infrastructure for nude recreation. But this is at least one, awesome!
