Interested Nudist

What are your current PRs? You can put down your best for any exercises. I'll go first.

Bench Press - 165lbs for 2 reps
Squat - 225lbs for 3 reps
Deadlift - 275lbs

My 1RMs are:

Benchpress:127.5kg (~280lbs)
Squat:170kg (~375lbs)
deadlift:200kg (440lbs)

Pretty satisfied with all my lifts, but want to get the bench up to 140, deadlift to 220 and squat to 180 so I'll have 3-4-5 plates

bench press: 85kg for one rep, paused
squats: 60kg for 5 reps (i dont squat nowhere near as much as i should)
i do workout at home and dont have enough weight to deadlift

thats pretty cool, youll have a Pythagorean triple too!

Update:

Bench Press - 175lbs for 4 reps (I really should just go for a new PR at this point but haven't gotten the chance. getting real close to 200 lbs)
Squat - 225lbs for 5 reps
Deadlift - 295lbs (Hasn't really improved. Just had one good day tbh and haven't done it since. Really want to go for 315 when I get back to the gym)
