this video is a couple years old: a pretty straightforward guide to getting into nudism, and a mostly innocent one at that. however, if you look at oli heart's other videos afterward - this being her first one visible on the channel - she seems to have leaned into the titillating, sexual viewer base. which is great for her, but makes looking at this video feel weird in hindsight.

Wish she didn’t conveniently cover up her female parts. It kinda tells new nudists that nudity should still be censored when it really shouldn’t. But I guess if she just didn’t feel comfortable doing that then it’s fine.

I suspect it was possibly to avoid YouTube putting mature content tags and censorship on it themselves
