Same here. I used to watch Britain's Got Talent like a decade ago but I stopped watching because it felt too fake. And I have no doubt Eurovision is the same. Not into talent or reality shows. They all feel to fake.

I used to love it, and it's still a way to find great artists. I didn't watch this year and it seems I made the correct choice for multiple reasons.

i used to watch america's got talent with my parents when i was a kid, but when i was around 11 i grew to hate just how vapid and artificial it was. since then i've only died on that hill more. don't know if it's reassuring that similar shows are like that, but at least not liking them unites us, ironically.
as for eurovision, i'm just ambivalent, although i'm not very informed either

They often feel more like popularity contests than talent shows especially if there's public voting involved
