Welcome! If I may ask:  What inspired you and your friend to hit up the beach?   Have you guys seen each other nude before then?

I forget exactly how it came up, but I mentioned I always wanted to go to a nude beach and he said he did too, so we decided to just do it!  And now we're both naturists  .  It was really nice to have a friend to experience it with together.

We've been friends forever and changed in front of each other before, so it wasn't really a big deal seeing each other nude. It was more being out in public that was the scary part.  But we loved it!

Aw man I'm so happy for you.  My younger self is also a bit jealous!   All of my friends were shy AF when I was a teen.  And to be fair, so was I!  Meaning we never got comfortable enough to change in front of each other, let alone see each other fully nude.

That said, I suppose this all explains why you were so open to say: "Hey, wanna like, get nude at a beach together?".  I'm sure you didn't say it exactly like that, but you get what I'm saying.

I can be a bit shy but I'm lucky to be surrounded by people who absolutely are not and so the conversation more or less went exactly like that

Meanwhile, I'm the exact opposite.  I have zero problems with strangers seeing me nude.  But friends, or people that I know in a non-nudist way?  Aw hell naw.
