I had the opportunity to spend a few days in Zurich So I took one day to chek out the nude beaches.

I found two and they were quite different

First "Katzensee"
It's part of a public clothed beach. The nude part is just a fenced off are the size of a large tennis court. but you can use the whole lake to swim, if you want. most of the area is in the shade even when the sun is the highest. The age mix was leaning towards retirement. but through the afternoon I spotted around four people which I estimate to be under 40.The gender mix was surprisingly even
It was really full due to the small size but the vibe was really relaxed.

The second one was the "Werdinsel"
It's an Island inside a river about half of it is a nude are. It's quite big with a big field to sunbathe a little forest with some trails and some smaller spot alongside the shore. you can go inside the river on either side and let the current take you down stream and then walk up again through the forest, I really liked that. The age mix was really good with quite alot of people being under 40 and even a few under 30. but the gender mix was more male dominant then the other one. It wasn't strictly a nude area it was more so a clothing optional with many people only going partially nude. but I like it because it gives "do whatever you want" It was also well visited with hundreds relaxing in the sun. the vibe was also really chill.
two important thing note are I spotted a few weirdos walking around with penis rings. and there are alot of non naturist people that float by in rubber boat or walk by on the other river side(so its probably a good spot for weirdos to photograph naturists)

overall both spots were nice and can be recommended however I probably prefer the second one because there's more to do.

If you have more questions ask away

I've actually been to both and they are really nice in good weather. The river one especially is a great way to cool down by just floating with the flow.

I think the bigger one is definitely better because its doesn't feel so cramped
