BARRIE, Ontario, Canada - A skateboarder in his birthday suit upset people at a beach in Barrie, Ont.

The naked man apparently was planning a skinny dip in the bay at Centennial Beach Friday evening.

Irate parents confronted him, and police were called.

The man put on his clothes.

Police responding to the calls gave him a warning.

They then drove him home.

At least he wasn't arrested.

Its the Surfer/Skateboarder mentality, methinks, from personal experience, Bran.  The three kids who were in our first photo caption contest were all skaters and its just part of their being.  Surf Naked, Skate Naked!

It isn't just nude skateboarders causing trouble for the police up in Barrie. The fashion-obsessed cause problems too:

Barrie Police Service
Barrie, Ontario, Canada
Daily Press Release - Daytime Edition: July 26, 2010

Occurrence Type: Theft Under $5000
Occurrence #: BA10032052
Date: Saturday, July 24, 2010 - 1:59pm

Details:
On July 24th a 40 year old Barrie woman attended a Bayfield St business looking for a job. She spoke to the store manager and handed in a resume. After accepting the resume, the manager had work to do in a back room. While in the back room, the manager observed the potential employee stealing several items on the security camera. The woman left the store with the stolen property. Police attended and easily identified the thief using her resume. Police learned that she was also in the store the previous day and upon watching the video observed her stealing the clothing she wore during her job search. The woman has been charged with two counts of Theft Under $5000 and faces a future court date. It is unlikely that she will be getting an interview in the near future.

Now if she had been quick on her toes, she would have said she was applying to be hired as the store Loss Prevention Officer, and wore the dress as proof that the current Loss Prevention Officer had been sleeping on the job the day before.
