Holland will win, no matter what. Especially if Robert Green keeps 'catching' 'em like this.

The high definition channel that was showing it in the UK accidentally played an advert at the 3:30 mark. All the people who bought HDTVs missed the first goal:

Australia vs. Germany tonight (well it's 4:30am Sydney time...so I'll be asleep) so "Come on Aussie come on, come on."

Cmon Aussie Cmon - 1978 WSC Advert

Sure it was originally written about the cricket, but the chorus is appropriate.....

For record, I said US vs England.  And if I am not mistaken English are British, too.

Only in the way that Canadians & Mexicans are American  :Butt Shake:

LOL, good way of putting it.

Not if they play like today they won't :/

Like I've been saying since qualification, Germany look really dangerous. Özil is one of the best young midefielders in the world, and the front 3 of Müller, Klose and Podolski find it almost impossible to not score goals.
On an extended IYNO break... for now.

Commiserations to Australia. Someone had to play Germany.

Well done Germany though. You did me proud!

I had the German flag on my desk at work during the last world cup.

England needs to replace its goalkeeper with a 4 year old :P  My reasoning?? My little brother could catch a ball that was coming straight at him by the time he was 4.

And not only that but it hit his HANDS?

Paraguay had to go and ruin it for everyone didn't they? ^^

But in all seriousness, it's sad to see a host nation get beaten like that. The penalty must have been a bitter pill to swallow.
