Paraguay had to go and ruin it for everyone didn't they? ^^

But in all seriousness, it's sad to see a host nation get beaten like that. The penalty must have been a bitter pill to swallow.

Yeah that was a big shame.

Also well done Switzerland for beating Spain, didn't expect that!

Congrats to the US Team after a 2:0 they got in rhe second half a fantastic 2:2
Germany has lost, unfortunately, with the support of a petty referee.

No wonder it has a classed, no one weeps for the English a tear.
When Scotland or Ireland had lost, the rest of Europe would be very different.
What makes the English to such an unloved team?

Es wundert doch schon ein bißschen,
niemand weint den Engländern eine Träne nach.
Bei Schottland oder Irland wäre die Reaktion von Resteuropa ganz anders.
Was macht die Engländer zu solch einer ungeliebten Mannschaft?

So what did people think of US vs Slovania Game today?

That said do you think that instant reply should be allowed and that teams could challenge refs foul?

In USA american football such is now allowed granted teams are only allowed I believe 3 challenges per game.

Was sad to hear Germany lost to Serbia, but then hearing that Kloser was sent off made me feel better about it.

I'm not usually a sports watcher, but the World Cup has done wonders; the tie between England and the US didn't really surprise me; the call that occurred during the US v. Slovenia game was a shocker though.
