In Malta nudism is officially banned.
But it should be a nude beacht at Gnejna/Ghajn Tuffieha.

Someone knows the place of you?

Nature, I had a look at that place and saw that Ghajn Tuffieha Bay seems to have continual nude use by people?  http://www.holidays-malta.com/malta_pages/attractions_malta_beaches.htm

How did your holiday go? I'm interested to hear how the nudist beach in Malta is. I want to go someday but the thing I heard about it are not nice.
