I've gone skinny dipping at it was pretty awesome. I like to swim laps everyday (when I can). Mixing the two would be totally great for me.

I have already run and played volleyball as well as water polo naked.
I haven't tried it yet but I think that Ultimate frisbee should be a great sport to play in a naturist environment because it's an outdoor sport and because you don't need any particular equipment (except a flying disc and a field to play on). Moreover there is no contact between players, so it can be a good choice for those who might fear rude games.

I'd love to try nude bowling, on account of that's the only sport I really enjoy.

The only sport that I've done in the nude, outside of the ones you find at your typical resort (mini golf, frisbee golf and table tennis) is mountain biking.  I've only ever done one long ride tho, over about an hour, which was really nice but you have to watch out for chaffing. 

I was riding in the mtb park in Wellington NZ and hit some of the back trails I'd never done before.  I did take it a bit easier than I normally would as I didn't like the idea of taking a fall into the trees not wearing any protection (other than my helmet).  It was also much nicer when I had to get off the bike and push it up one of the hills I couldn't ride.  I have also done spin classes, outside, on my trainer at home but that's not a sport in its self.

Volleyball I'm okay with, but I'm not sure I would want anything with a lot of running, because it might hurt with certain parts hitting into each other potentially quite often.

I have never played nude sport but have always had them well supported in underwear. How to guys find all the free movement in physical sports. Do u ever get sore bits?

I've always wanted to play Ultimate Frisbee, I should find a textile team this summer, and I recon playing it in the nude would be a great way to go.  A bit of running, but not too much, and like you say no contact so you don't need any other protection.  I'll have to learn the rules and then that might be my goal to get a nude ultimate frisbee game going this summer!

Besides, I've already heard that it was not so uncommon for some "normal" Ultimate frisbee teams (by "normal" I mean not especially naturist) to play some points naked just for fun. ;)
Ultimate frisbee is a sport where respect of each other is a key point and the players also seem to be quite open minded. It's as if naturism and ultimate frisbee were predestined to meet each other!
