Now where can I find a girl like that?

I actually managed to keep all of my legos from when i was a kid... my daughter and her future brother/sister are going to have a blast.

and what i mean by when i was a kid, I still have legos on my desk at work and still buy new ones when i see one that peaks my interest. my wife bought me the remote control bulldozer a couple years ago for a christmas present... it was the coolest thing ever.

I love Legos! Although I do not play with them, that is the one toy that I will never throw away/sell, considering I have a huge amount of them.

i always tried to make like a big building and then when im putting together the roof, i push too hard on a tile and it smashes all in, so i just take my bb gun and shoot it till its obliterated.

I know how you feel, that was very frustrating when your almost done and everything, or most of it, breaks! I never did shoot mine with a BB gun though...

That is cool! I was obsessed by lego as a kid and went on to Lego Technics. I had the race car that could also be made into a formula 1 car and a pneumatic digger which had the buckets at the front and back controlled by air pressure created by pumping the exhaust stack on the front. Even now I'd love to buy some of the big models you can get! Awesome thread!

I do not know - not only that I have not yet been able to enjoy a lot of Tolkien material, but I think the beauty of LEGO lies in loose, simple, multifunctional bricks you can make anything out of, not in models licensed from various productions.
Please send me a message on the forum before contacting me over IM. For best results, also mention what you want to talk about, I am not much of a smalltalker.

Here's a list of the LEGO Technic sets I used to have. There were a couple of others but I can't remember what they were. I also had tubs of lego and lots of smaller normal LEGO models. I also had the formula one grandstand set!

Set No.   Name
8836       Sky Ranger
8838       Shock Cycle
8840       Safari Racer
8862       Backhoe Grader
8880       Supercar
