I remember when the Bionicals(I thinks thats the name) came out. I remember playing with friends all the time with those.

I used to dislike Bionicle due to their fairly specialized pieces, which is why I never got any. I do think they might be useful for general-purpose legoing though, you could say I warmed up to them, but not enough to spend the effort to get one yet
Please send me a message on the forum before contacting me over IM. For best results, also mention what you want to talk about, I am not much of a smalltalker.

I actually managed to keep all of my legos from when i was a kid... my daughter and her future brother/sister are going to have a blast.

I stopped playing with mine when I went off to college but I saved mine too in my parent's attic!  I'll never have kids but I can't wait till my nephew gets a little older (he's only 2.5 years old) 'cause I'm going to bust those out and be the coolest uncle in the world!!!

That is the coolest lego model and job that I have ever seen! I walways thought I was pretty good with Legos but this is insane. I just wonder how many hours and legos went into that project. I also remember seeing a show on TV where a guy who I think was a lawyer turned into a professional Lego builder/artist. If only I was that ambitious to start a career like that....

You know, I used to spend a lot of time building LEGOs, especially Bionicles, but once they stopped making Bionicles, around the time I was going into middle school, I kind of lost interest in them. I still have a big crate in my garage full of Bionicle pieces. One of these days I'm going to take that crate out of storage, go into my room naked, and build the biggest and coolest Bionicle that I ever had.
