SO MANY QUOTES OF QUOTES OF QUOTES OF QUOTES..... :879

But I agree, with a good response, it can restart peoples memories on certain topics that may have changed.

But also back on topic. I used to swim competitively at a high level but gave it up after I got very bored of it all. But I can swim very well still and wouldn't turn down the chance to go for a swim anytime :)

My father gave me big feet and powerful leggs. Im a very fast swimmer. As for the channel id pace myself but not lolly gag. Swimming under water is my favorite, if the waves were harsh id be under them. Worried id be run over by a syray boat. After that id be fully exausted. I like to see how many laps i can go in one breath. Definitly want to try natural diving and surf.
The greatest danger for humanity lies not in aiming too high and falling short, but in aiming too low and achieving our mark.

I like to swim, but just for fun.  Swimming in fresh water is best, followed by the ocean, then pools because I don't like the chlorine effect on my hair, it makes it go horrible.  When I practice, I get better, though if I'm out of practice, even doing two lengths is very tiring for me!

I have only tried swimming 1609 meters without stopping in an open sea. But I am confident I can also swim as far as 3218 meters without stopping.. I don't swim fast.. I swim for survival purposes..

It's weird. I'm a great diver, but my swimming is mediocre. I've been scared of water most of my life, but if I have goggles and a nose plug I'll be fine.

Not at all lol. I was told that I have good form though. This was back in high school when we had a couple weeks in the pool for PE.

So 3219 meters is out of the question?? :345678

i used to do competitive swimming when i was much younger. doing squad swimming and making it all the way to the state champioships. its the training that drains you. i was around 11-12, doing 4-5 trainings a week, some as early as 5am. my body just couldnt handle it
