Another sport which I've often seen advertised in nudist settings but which I can't imagine playing nude is tennis. I played throughout highschool and now I play recreationally and I've seen too many stray balls hitting delicate areas to think of playing tennis clothes free.

Hi Dario!

I think that water polo is not good to play naked!!!
Consider that under the water all the players made some penalty also near the genital area!...so the swimsuite surelly help to avoid some trauma!...also because in the water polo you need to wear 2 swimsuite!!

For the other nude and dressed sport I agree with you!!

Why is karate nude when boxing and kickboxing are'nt?
Not sure about the OP's reasoning. But kickboxing and boxing have a lot of fighting, whereas karate (or at least the karate that I have done) only has sparing (fighting) as a small part of the training sessions and the rest is far more tame.

Paintball?  Are you nuts?  Or do you just want to lose yours?  As for me, naked sports would be fun, but I might need to wear at least undies for some things.  Not for modesty, but it's uncomfortable flopping around so much from jumping about etc.

Basketball could be played nude since it's no-contact, plus shorts and a tank top don't really offer your body any protection anyway.

Darts and other bar games could be played nude, just watch where you're throwing those things.

Agreed, though I still experience discomfort at jumping about in ways which make me flop about, so I'd still likely wear something down stairs if playing a sport with lots of jumping about. :L998877
