I'm a lover of most sports so I have to drill them down to the first ones that jump into my head, I'm sure there would be more..

Swimming
Surfing
Windsurfing
Beach cricket
Shuttlecock (badminton)
Volleyball
Tennis
Golf
Pool
Wrestling
Lawn bowls
Sailing


As for dressed, I think anything that might result in squashed, compressed, pulled, squeezed bits...

In saying that I have seen a clip of people playing rugby in the nude... being a guy you have the advantage of your bits hiding away when doing physically demanding activity.... " I was in the pool"

I saw a TV report a few years back about a guy skateboarding nude in Wales.  He had elbow pads and gloves I think, and shinpads too, but otherwise FKK.  He was doing it at a skatepark around other guys who were clothed, though they didn't seem to mind a bit that he was nude :D
