I also started playing Magic a couple of months ago. Last night I played in my first Friday Night Magic tournament and surprisingly did really well. I play a red green aggro deck.

Mostly creatures with a few burn spells (Searing spear, electrikery, Pillar of Flame and Bomfire of The Damned). I also have a planeswalker, Domri Ride twice, but I'm gonna take them out when M14 is released and swap them for a Chandra.

I am new to the Magic the Gathering too. I bought my first deck few months ago and I like the game so far. I need to upgrade my deck though.
It is a basic intro deck - blue/red.

I used to play. Slivers, and a token deck were my things.

I have played for years. My primary deck is a green elf deck but I have recently built a black vampire deck. I love playing the game and I started a small gaming group in my area.
what's to say?

I used to play when I was younger...  Around 1995...I played for some years...  Usually with a black deck with a lot of swampwalk creatures... Now I have the Pc version of the game, but it's not the same "feeling."  It's better to play in a table with a friend in front of you.

Oh dear me, this is all that my friends talk about. They are into this BIG time, it's worse than having a drug addiction sometimes  :345678

One of my friends runs a Friday Night at a local store. Never got into it just has no appeal.

I play, not as often as I used to, but I definitely do play. I use a pretty speedy red and blue deck. It is vicious when it wants to be, but it does have those days where it just can't do anything haha. I also have a pure white EDH which I am in the process of modding to be a red and white deck.

I Love mtg!  I've been playing since I was a kid.  I stopped for years since I didn't have anyone to play with, but then in 2009, I moved in with some roommates who played and I got totally hooked again. My two favorite decks are a white angel token deck and a black vampire deck :)

I hope I don't get in trouble for this but here is the online store that I have helped my friend build. There are pokemon and yu-gi-oh cards there too as well as magic. All stock is single cards and we have just about any card you could ever want, if its not there, send me a pm and I'll try get it for you. http://www.manashack.com/

I've been playing MTG for a little over a year now.  My decks are usually Green/White, though I have a really nasty Mono-Black Human deck (that summons lots of demons, lol) and a Mono-Red deck which lets me kill my own creatures to win the game (kind-of a counter-intuitive burn deck really).

Is anybody using any M14 cards yet? I switched out my Domri's for Ogre Battledriver's and it works pretty well. Only problem is, I now don't have anything that costs 3 so the arch is a bit wonky
