For those in the UK,

http://www.realsaunas.co.uk/

looks like an interesting resource. They seem to have little information at the moment, but their aims are right:

Quote
The Sauna Campaign aims to:

    * produce better sauna usage guide signs than the ones commonly used today
    * hire saunas and steam rooms for mixed clothing-optional use by Campaign members
    * work with organisers of naturist swims with sauna facilities to admit Campaign members
    * encourage more saunas to be built in council leisure centres
    * encourage more saunas to allow towels rather than insisting on swimwear
    * encourage the inclusion of plunge pools and secluded showers alongside saunas
    * encourage sunbed shop owners to diversify into saunas
    * share information about saunas

From what I know about European mainland saunas, it would seem that that age-old accepted custom is spreading.  Good for them, I say.

So is this an actual business with it's own saunas, or just a movement?

I wish it was, unfortunately I can't see this kind of thing taking off in the UK any time soon.

Sorry, I didn't make myself very clear. I mean I can't see this kind of thing spreading, not the group itself!
