Those totally remind me of Bob Ross! Naturalism with an undertone of HAPPY! I love them. I'm quite influenced by the abstract expressionists. I used to paint realistically the the process bored me. I'm so into process. The finished product means pretty little to me.

So I work at a pottery painting place right now and we just got these ceramic pieces that look like little iPhones. My boss asked me to paint one of them as a display piece, so naturally I painted a selfie.
