Does anyone here like glam rock from the early 70s? I'm talking The Sweet, Slade, David Bowie and Suzi Quattro.

Glam was really big in the UK but in America which was more conservative only Gary Glitter and T Rex had hits over there.

I'm surprised, positively surprised, by seeïng some of the bands you've mentioned Dario

Like for example, I know and love the music of T-Rex, but didn't knew Marc Bolan made a version of "Get It On" together with Elton John
Also didn't knew Bonnie St Claire & Unit Gloria were famous outside of Belgium and The Netherlands

And then there are two bands I find strange but definitely great seeing them in your list:
New York Dolls & Sigue Sigue Sputnik

Man I love glam rock, for anyone else who loved the theatrics especially I'd recommend a newer band called Steam Powered Giraffe they're about the closest modern equivalent to the glam rock of old

That would be a glam metal song, and I like more of the early '70s stuff.
