New, modernized Logo

As you can see, one of our founders, Tim, has worked hard to up-date our logo and the result is on the main page!  We hope you all appreciate the amount of effort and work that Tim did and we are thank-ful to have this founder return to our village to help out.  Excellent, Tim! (and Thank-you!)
