What do we all think of this? Sex features in my zombie story, both as part of the characterisation and as an important plot point, so I would disagree, but I'd like to hear what others think.

Well, I made a comic many years ago including nude people and lots of blood. It was not naturist-zombie genre but gore-porn so my mental disease was guaranteed But I think if you include sex (I mean explicit one, not "and then they got sex") then maybe some people would think characters being nude in your story is just an excuse.

They won't make that mistake - naturism is at the heart of the plot! I've worked hard to make the sex not seem gratuitous as well, as some of it is essential to the plot as well.

To be honest, with the route I've gone down, zombies with a sex drive was inevitable

Its been a busy day, up to 40,000 words now, the blood's flowing in the direction of the main characters now, and even the naked people are battered and bruised.

It's funny, people don't complain about sex in other novels, particularly of the horror, crime genre. I don't have a problem with it.
