Is your 'to read' list growing or shrinking?
« on: May 30, 2011, 02:16:06 pm »
Mine is growing faster than I can read.

I blame the Kindle. Instead of forgetting about books when I have other books to read, I click "send free sample" so I remember. I have a bunch of them waiting to be turned into complete books.

What about your lists?

Most of my reading is done on impulse so I don't have much of a list, but what list I do have does seem to be shrinking over the past while as I've been more aggressive in actually finding stuff rather than just musing on it.

It's growing way faster than I could ever hope to catch up with.

Every month I get a new books magazine. In it, I always find 1 or 2 books that I want to read.

So is growing my "to read" list every month.

There are so many classics I haven't read yet and really want to read that I wisely do not search for any info about new released books (have a simular problem with Music )

The list of books that I have to read is definitely growing; no question about it. I seem always to find more books to read once I finish one because I look at the sources, as I prefer non-fiction books.

Mine kind of stays neutral, it is slowly beginning to grow. I'm on the Inheritance series book 3. Book 4 is coming in November. I have to read the Hunger Games (4 books), and the other series I'm in now, just release a hardback, so I have to wait for the softback to come out. Right now, I think that I have about 5 books.
